As the successful candidate you will have the opportunity to…
  • Report directly to the Manager, CRC.
  • Supervise, plan, organize and conduct training programs for employees of the Customer Relations Center (CRC).
  • Be responsible for determining training needs of the department, partially assisted by the Team Leaders within the Call Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, research, plan, organize and conduct training on Dynamic’s line of managed products including mutual funds, limited partnerships, closed-end funds, loan programs using verbal instruction, self-learning PPT presentations and exercises for new and existing Specialists;
  • Supervise and provide training on administrative procedures used between Customer Relations Center and Operations and on all company systems for CRC;
  • Supervise, prepare and participate in the Lunch and Learn program to maintain a progressive and competitive learning environment;
  • Determine (with the assistance of the Call Centre Supervisors) where additional product training is required;
  • Coordinate, develop, write update training presentations and departmental communications working with product Managers and other Departments’ Supervisor for specific details;
  • Supervise, develop, write and coordinate training manuals for departmental progress;
  • Administer and evaluate needs for training qualifications tests , self learning programs and ongoing quizzes for new and existing Specialists;
  • Schedule training sessions ensuring facility setup and employee notification;
  • Assist management of the department by providing and discussing new ideas; and
  • Participate in special projects as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Education, Finance or equivalent training experience;
  • English & French speaking and writing (Bilingual) a strong asset;
  • Financial Industry/Mutual Fundexperience, an asset;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Good public speaker, at ease moderating small groups;
  • Creative ability, writing proficiency, visual graphics anddesign ability;
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels;
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal direction;
  • Ability to concentrate/focus in afast-pacedenvironment;
  • Quick, efficient and adaptable in a changing environment;
  • Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent team player;
  • Excellent leadership skills and customer focus;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated confidence; and
  • Occasional travel to Toronto.
