DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY

Provides direct supervision to two or more of the following areas, including but not limited to:  successful implementation of products and services, technical support of products and services, application training to customers, maintenance of application code, network field engineering services and/or software application release. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Oversees accurate and timely installations of new or enhanced products and services.  Ensures installations meet customer expectations and are in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Ensures the successful migration of client data.
  • Ensures successful training of clients on all products and services.
  • Facilitates resolution of technical problems on any and all products.
  • Ensures all questions regarding functionality are thoroughly researched and resolved.
  • Supports the sales process with pertinent information such as quotes, installation dates, and may participate in sales meetings.
  • May oversee the release of new software products to user base.
  • May oversee employees responsible for making changes or updates to application code. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of six years of experience in a related field; and/or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred. 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Supervises daily activities of employees doing the same or similar tasks.  Responsible for coaching and discipline of employees.  Assists subordinates with difficult inquiries or problems.  May perform duties of the actual job along with subordinates.  Has problem-solving capabilities and a demonstrated advanced knowledge of field.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Strong of knowledge of financial industry.
  • Able to oversee a successful implementation
  • Able to oversee outstanding post-sales support of products and services.
  • Able to function in a fast-paced, demanding environment with multiple priorities.
  • Able to ensure clients receive outstanding customer service. 

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Typical office setting with environmentally controlled conditions.
  • Able to work extended hours as business needs dictate.
  • Occasional overnight travel required.
