REQUIREMENTS

-3-5 years managing a food service department in hospitality or assisted living industry -MUST be an excellent cook, with formal culinary training preferred. -Background in training and mentoring staff -Demonstrated proficiency with budget management -Knowledge of local and state health sanitation and safety codes -basic computer skills. -Hands-on managerial experience -Drug screen and background check are required prior to employment Preferred Skills Include: -Experience with planning menus and ordering all food and supplies -Knowledge of food handling, preparation, service, and operation of all kitchen equipment -Focus on quality and customer service -Experience with restaurant/dining room and customer relations
