DESCRIPTION

Atria is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Atria Sunnyvale, CA in Sunnyvale, CA. The primary job function of the Maintenance Director is to contribute to the overall fiscal health of our Atria community by executing repairs and effect preventative maintenance programs throughout the community. -Manage or execute the repair of air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, etc. -Must be a good painter and able to repair drywall -Timely, friendly and accurate follow-through for all the work orders -Execute preventative maintenance per required schedule -Schedule work for others -Manage operation and capital budgets -Keep building in compliance with all codes, licensure, OSHA, EPA and NEPA requirements. -Maintains leadership of the housekeeping team Maintenance Director Maintenance Technician Maintenance Tech Property Maintenance Director of Facilities Facility Director Director of Housekeeping Renovate Remodel Longterm Care Assisted Living Retirement Living Independent Living Senior Living Senior Living Facility Senior Living Community Hospitality Hotel Resort Country Club Retirement Home Senior Care Retirement Community

REQUIREMENTS

-High School education or equivalent -2+ years experience -Current driver's license -Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted and climb ladder as needed -Must be available 24/7 for all emergency needs of the community
