Administers base compensation and incentive programs as a technical expert. Conducts market analysis and job evaluations, conducts and participates in salary surveys. Analyzes and extrapolates data results to develop recommendations in support of merit costing and budget, salary structure adjustment and incentive plan activities. Reviews and updates compensation and performance management policies. Works with Managers to create new or rewrite existing job descriptions and evaluates internal equity to determine job placement in grading program. Completes reviews and approves job and salary changes. Communicates changes to Payroll using HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with Compensation and Performance Management policies and procedures. Collaborate with North American Human Resources to implement global compensation and performance management initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (MUST meet minimum qualifications to be considered)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5-7 years of related compensation experience.
