Our BMW/MINI Langley dealership is currently seeking for a full-time Appointment Coordinator on a Contract (1-year) basis to join their Service Department.

The Appointment Coordinator will be reporting directly to the Service Manager.

As an Appointment Coordinator, your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Handling incoming calls for service appointments
  • Conducting after service follow up
  • Identifying, explaining and quoting of all service recommendations
  • Strong mechanical aptitude to determine appointment priority
  • Have experience working directly with the public in a retail or service industry setting
  • Possess strong organizational, follow-up and paper-flow handling skills to succeed in this high volume dealership
 
The ideal candidate will:
  • You are well-organized and detailed
  • You excel at customer service and possess well-developed telephone skills
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with other members of the Service Department team
  • Computer knowledge and Reynolds & Reynolds experience is an asset
  • You have flexible schedule to cover additional shifts if necessary
