The IMPPACT Initiative (Integrating People, Processes and Technology) will lead the design and implementation of best practice processesfor supply chain, finance and human capital management across the organization. The team will also lead the implementation and deployment of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology to support this transformation. Role Purpose

Under general direction, formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents and maintains those programs. Consults directly with clinical and business users, and provides second-tier support to end users to ensure reliable application system availability and performance.


  • Partners with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
  • Provides Tier 2 support to end users for server or mainframe applications, and hardware.
  • Designs, codes, tests, implements, maintains and supports applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analyzes and directs the development and creation of new code or the redesign, implementation and repurposing of existing code.
  • Participates in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations.
