DESCRIPTION

The IMPPACT Initiative (Integrating People, Processes and Technology) will lead the design and implementation of best practice processesfor supply chain, finance and human capital management across the organization. The team will also lead the implementation and deployment of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology to support this transformation. Role Purpose

Leads a team to ensure service level goals are met and data integrity of the PeopleSoft ERP system is maintained. Serves as primary interface with HR Business Analyst and Business Process team IS memebers regarding system changes (patches, upgrades and new functionality implementation). Manages change requests and resolving day-to-day operating issues. Provides motivation and direction to team by establishing workflows, determining quantity of work and defining quality and evaluating employees against standards. Responsible for developing policies and procedures for data integrity components of HR and ensuring best practices are implemented and later adopted by end users.


Responsibilities

  • Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
  • Recommends decisions and participate in design activities, change management, communication, requirements, analysis, configuration, documentation, system set up, testing, training, roll out and control activities.
  • Maintains relationships with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
  • Develops policies and procedures pertaining to systems.
  • Analyzes problems or issues, researches solutions, and communicates best options to the customer.
  • Leads team to ensure project deliverables are managed consistently.
