Provides primary administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer.
Provides secondary administrative support to the VP-Tax, VP-Corporate Controller, VP-Operations Controller, VP-Benefits and Director of Treasury.
Answers and screens calls or redirect calls as appropriate.
Schedules and maintains calendar including travel and appointments.
Schedules travel arrangements.
Arranges meetings and conferences.
Receive and direct visitors.
Oversee the assembly and mailing of various reporting packages.
Processing invoices and preparing expense reports.
Update and organize files. File storage and recall.
Responsible for ordering supplies and invoice coding.
Produces information by formatting, editing, typing, copying, and transmitting/distributing memos, letters, and presentations.
Tracks property tax payments, including submitting check requests and obtaining required approvals.
Assist tax department with processing of sales and use returns and income/franchise tax returns.
Assist fixed asset department with processing of personal property returns.
Maintains departmental web sites, including accounting and benefits policies.
Training of administrative staff on web site uploads and maintenance.
Oversight of production and mailing of various required notices.
May perform other duties as assigned.
High School diploma or GED. Bachelor"€™s degree is preferred.
Five to ten years of administrative experience.
Proven experience with handing confidential information.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with flexibility, ownership and adequate follow-up.
Strong orientation toward customer service.
Strong PC skills, with presentation software experience preferred.
